CAMARA Benjamin has an educational background of Data, Economic and Evaluation of Public Policy with two master’s in economics & Statistics engineer and the secund one in Data & Evaluation of Public Policy. He is certified by African Development Bank’s Operations Academy specially for these strong programs: (i) Country Program Officer Pathway; (ii) Task Manager Pathway; (iii) Gateway Paythway. Also certified by World Bank & IPDET and MITx for Monitoring & Evaluation, Data analysis, Political Economy & Economic Development and several others Pathway. Benjamin is a seasoned professional with 11 years of passionate experiences at African Development Bank Group (8 years), United Nations Development Programs (UNDP), Directorate in charge of Studies and Research of Central Bank of Guinea, National Institute of Statistics in Guinea. Before joining ECAD in April 2024, He managed several reports on countries development diagnostic including capacities development; formulated development strategies & programs and manuals; managed several simples and complexes monitoring-evaluation (institutional, thematic, cluster, countries, programs, projects…) covering all Africa’s regions; undertook studies and research reports; drafted several concept notes/briefs. He is also experienced in macroeconomic and public financial issues through several reporting on: (i) performances on recent economic and social developments; (ii) National accounts production (for period 2006-2011); (iii) Economic Outlook; (iv) Framework for medium-term budgetary expenditure (CDMT) 2017-2019; (iv) Investment plans. He has several interpersonal skills and experiences in organizing workshops & fiduciaries clinics, trainings staff and teaching applied statistic at university (for 4 years).

Read moreStéphane AKE is Department Assitant at the African Development Institute (ECAD), where his major activity is to provide administrative support to all the divisions the department and ensure that the Director is freed from all tasks which could otherwise impede the efficient discharge of high duties and responsibilities. He has extensive experience in logistics & administrative arrangements regarding the organization of capacity building activity in the Regional Members Countries (RMC) as assistant and in Budget Management and Programming. Prior to that, he was STS Training Assistant in the ECAD.2 Division. Before Joining the Bank, Stéphane was Competitive Intelligence Assistant in a Small & Medium Enterprise specialized in Trading of raw materials (cocoa, coffee…). He holds an Engineer’s degree in Competitive Intelligence and a Higher National Diploma in Business Management. Read moreNkoanyane Sebutsoe is a Senior Capacity Development Officer, Policy Management Division of the African Development Institute. In this role he oversees the implementation of institutional support projects in RMCs, Capacity Needs Assessment in African countries, provision of targeted training on numerous areas including Macroeconomic Modelling and serves as focal point for the department on the issues of Natural Capital and Climate Change. Having joined AfDB through its Young Professionals program, he worked in Capital Market and Financial Operations Division, the Energy and Climate Change Department to work with the Sustainable Energy Fund for Africa (SEFA) and the Global Environment Facility (GEF) as well as the Environmental and Social Analysis team. He further worked in the Office of the Special Envoy on Gender, where he contributed immensely to the development of the Bank’s Gender Strategy. Prior to joining the Bank, Sebutsoe worked as a Capital Market Specialist at the Central Bank of Lesotho in their Capital Market Development Division and also held part-time lectureship positions at the National University of Lesotho teaching undergraduate Monetary Economics, Research Methods and Development Economics.
Read moreMrs. Kamaria Badirou-Kwamina is the Budget and Administrative Officer of the African Development Institute of the African Development Bank Group. In this role, she effectively coordinates three divisions budgets both Administrative and Trust Funds; She also efficiently provide support in the delivery of wide range of high-level policy dialogues, executive trainings activities and knowledge events for the Department. She previously served as Team Assistant for the Policy Management Division of the African Development Institute since May 2016. In which role she provided excellent support to the Department and beyond. She was actively engaged in the launch of the first cohort of the Public Finance Management Academy (PFMA) of the Institute. Before joining the African Development Bank, Mrs. Kamaria Badirou-Kwamina worked as Operations Associate at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) during the period 2014 to 2016. In this role, she provided administrative, budget, finance, logistics and procurement support to the United Nations Agencies Operations Management Team. She also coordinated UNDP conferences, workshops and seminars and was often called upon to support the Human Resources department where she was charged with national and international staff placements, salary reviews and recruitments.Before taking on this responsibility she was recruited as Administrative Assistant at the Operations Department charged with budget and financial management of five UN Agencies and administrative support to the Senior Management Team during the period 2012 to 2014. Mrs. Kamaria Badirou-Kwamina is enrol in a Certificate in Project Management with Laval University, Quebec, Canada. She is holder of a master’s in business administration (MBA) from UNICAF University and a bachelor’s degree in communication from Pigier Côte d’Ivoire.

Academically, she holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from the University of Central Oklahoma and the International Certificate in Corporate Finance (ICCF) from HEC Paris. Ms. Zouzoua is currently completing her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance. Her strong academic background, coupled with her professional experience, equips her to handle complex tasks efficiently and contribute meaningfully to her team.

Read morePassionate about technology and design, Mr. AGBOTON Zeus Alves is a specialist in Telecommunication and Networks with a solid expertise in graphic design and communication. It is responsible for supporting the preparation and implementation of the annual work program of ECAD1. This is a support mission for the management of the workshops conducted by the division and technical support that aims to improve the visual appearance of communication materials within the department and to ensure their dissemination. To also develop management tools for proper functioning and efficiency. With more than ten years of experience, Mr. AGBOTON served the AfDB Liaison Office in Mauritania for eight years before joining the ECAD 1 Department, he held various positions within the office, including 3 years as IT Officer, and five years as Administrative and Operational Assistant. Mr. AGBOTON holds a MASTER 2 in Telecommunications and Networks, and a DALF C2 (Advanced Diploma in French Language) and several certificates including the Bank certificate of the Academy of Operations.
